Collaborating with Grand Farm at the opening of its new Innovation Shop and surrounding campus in Casselton, North Dakota this June, Bioeconomy Information Sharing and Analysis Center (BIO-ISAC) delivered a cyberbiosecurity briefing and hosted a roundtable of area speakers connected to cyberbiosecurity in agriculture and related cybersecurity issues and needs unique to the Greater Fargo area.
Research conducted by BIO-ISAC ahead of the event demonstrated a pattern of recurring, attackers to bioagriculture and related technologies in Q1 and Q2 2024. These findings were further supported by recent security alerts from U.S. Government agencies.
Leaders from area companies reflected on the diverse range of lived experience with cyber incidents and reporting, collaborating with one another to better defend their equipment, businesses, and communities through information sharing.
BIO-ISAC returns to the midwest in August 2024, presenting on cyberbiosecurity and bioagriculture in Omaha and Sioux Falls. For details, please contact events@isac.bio.
